Bryan Schlipp Jr this is actually South Pasadena California. South Pasadena and Pasadena are two different cities. Tbh I find it annoying that they are using our name lmao. It’s too confusing.

If this didn't exist, the parkway would be as crowded as the downtown freeways!
Soon, the blue line will be the longest as the regional connector will make the northern half of the gold line the blue line

believe it or not Amtrak and freight trains used to run through here at one point, although i feel in the case of Amtrak, this line makes more sense than the current one the switched to, since cities like Pasadena and Azusa could benefit still from Amtrak stations but now theres no way that would be possible

Are they using NXDN or DMR?
They use NXDN, which is AAR's chosen digital format. The audio quality definitely leaves a lot to be desired as heard in this video. It's nice to see another railfan who knows some stuff about radios :)

Typhus and more homeless coming soon! The Farmers Market is in the worst place. Right where all the filth of downtown settles.
I agree that there is a larger homeless presence in South Pasadena now, largely due to the Gold Line. What do you suppose we should do about this?
Fun fact: South Pasadena and Pasadena are too completely different cities, and ppl get annoyed when u associate North Hollywood and Hollywood. North Hollywood isn't apart of or related to Hollywood.
