Your in the wrong place , that doesn't generally happen with African elephants, it's the Indonesian elephants, you need to do your research properly ..
Great to have a fun experience, but i noticed most of the crew is white, now majority of people living in south africa are black, think in future better to hire interns,black women from locals wanting to make a difference in their homeland and maybe at same time escape the poverty of the region
She sounds like a Southern California "valley girl." Glad she enjoyed herself. Nevertheless, it is time to train some young, local black women as safari guides. It's ethical and decent. What say you?

Maybe they're not qualified to do that type of job. They may want to make a difference, but not finacially able to go to school to learn.
I was thinking the same! They need more black people in these jobs to work along side the whites. Diversity!
