@@RenzoGavino -- Doesn't surprise me. People doing that will come to regret it when the SHTF like in 2008. It's coming. We are already seeing it in Florida.

@@jamesbass9797 I agree, there will be a market correction - hopefully it won't be as bad as 2008.
Properties are taking a little longer to sell than before.
I recently had a client sell here in Georgia because they're moving to Florida.
Now I'm originally from Florida ☀and I told them about the cost of Windstorm Insurance and their eyes lit up 😨!

@@RenzoGavino -- Homeowners insurance here in Florida is a big thing. It it absolutely insane what it costs. I have neighbors that have seen 1500% increases. Thousands have lost coverage altogether and are being forced onto the government coverage. Talk about a joke. The government coverage is a total rip off in my opinion. And just when you thought insurance was a problem here comes property tax increases that are just as bad if not worse that insurance increases. And on top of all that the cost of living here now is just insane as well. I spend on average between $800 to $1000 a month more at the grocery store than I used to. Electric bill increases. Water bill increases. It's just absolutely crazy.
