I love your videos, and I may be the only one to experience this (I’m older), but the sped-up sections I find hard to watch, visually. Sometimes I even get a bit queasy. Otherwise, these are so well-done and thorough 🌷
I agree that this video would be best if slowed down a bit. She gives alot of good information but I have to rewind alot because she's zipping through it lol. I guess for now just try to change the speed settings for the video
