we accedently detected a lymp node lesion and post biopsy and further blood test Tb centeril reffer cheythu
and TB centeril doctor asked us to decide if we want to start medication or not, as per doctor IGRA and matox test vechit mathram TB aanu enu parayanavilla , but TB alenum parayanavilla so better to start DOTS treatment enna paranjath, ingane oru scenario possible ano doctor, XRAY and CT of Lungs are clean
