Yeah same, I think gta iv is easier to mod but it can be alittle annoying when mods conflicts

for some reason the lights are flashing way to quick and when i go into els.ini settings i have FlashDelay_Sp set to 0 and theyre still way to fast(only playing sp) any idea on how to fix the lights

Press alt + M and it will bring up els menu , from there look through your els pattern and see which you like to use from, i recommend “7,14,34” those are the norma speed pattern, once you choose your light pattern go to your police file in your ELS folder and type in the pattern you want to use.
