Mitsubishi and Hindustan motorsWere in collaboration in 1998 and entered in India. Mitsubishi made their first car The Lancer as a debut. However, due to its low sales made Mitsubishi to stop the production of their cars in India.
The one in this video is the Mitsubishi Pajero sport/Montero. Mitsubishi is Japanese car company. Pajero Was launched in 1996 and the one in this video is the second generation facelift model which was launched in 2017.
This is the diesel variant with automatic transmission which is 5-speed With paddle shifters but not the top of the trim which gets 4x4. There were total 3 variants. This Diesel engine is 2500cc engine producing 178hp and 350Nm(Automatic)torque and 400Nm in Manual.
Overall it was a tough competitor for Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour. Quite spacious and punchy performance full size off-road car.
