Why point d not taken in examples of non hysterectomised patients .. for eg the last example
Anu Namgyal thats because point D means post fornix, in post hysterectomised patients ,there will be vaginal cuff scar, not post fornix.

This system has never been validated because it cannot be validated. Prolapse changes from day to day and even from hour to hour. Prolapse is a musculoskeletal problem that cannot be improved with gynecologic surgery.
