I cannot wait for Blood Over Bright Haven! It’s on my 24 in ‘24 list!
Oh yay!!!! I hope you love it! I definitely did!
Thank you for all your recommendations! Read The Will of the Many & it was my favorite book of this year! The ending was mind blowing! Going to add all of these books to my TBR! Thank you again! 💜😊
It was my first year back reading for entertainment. So thanks to everyone for the recommendations.
I loved Fonda Lee’s “The Green Bone saga”.. Jade city was the first book I picked up.
I loved Red Rising, I read the first 4 books in a month.
I loved Murakami’s “1Q84”.
And now I’m about to finish “The Eye of The World”, I am addicted, and will probably keep reading the books through next year. 24” I’ll be also exploring more historical fiction, Japanese Writers, and lately I’ve been interested in coming of age stories. But yes thanks for doing what you do. Have a happy new year.
Oh yay!! I also loved Green Bone saga as well as Red Rising!!
We are doing a readalong next year over at Patreon reading Wheel of time!! 1 book per month starting January!! I will probably do open lives! So maybe we can discuss it!!!
Ordered the HC of Blood over Bright Haven based on your passion for the book 📖, thank you for so many great videos, vibes, and recommendations ❤️
Ahhh thank you! I hope you enjoy it!! Let me know if you do!! ❤️
Agree with all honestly, either books I loved or books I can't wait to read. 💯❤️🔥 Great video Isa! ❤
Zuzka!!! How happy I am with your comments!!! So glad you enjoyed it!! 🥰🫶
I listened to Amina in the car with my mom whenever I had to drive her anywhere. We both loved it. You are in for a treat and if u like audiobooks I highly recommend the audiobooks the narrators were amazing!!!!
Nice list.Enjoyed some of the books mentioned here ❤
How great!! Which ones did you enjoy?
@@FunFantasyBooks The Final Empire,Tress,Malice,The Way Of Kings(my favourite fantasy book ever even though I could see why most people like Words of Radiance more which is considered better)
Im looking forward to read the Greenbone Saga next year :D
- silently presses checkout on The Will of the Many -
I also really want to read Blood over Bright Haven now, and let's not talk about what The Sword of Kaigen did to me 😂 though it actually barely made me cry, as I have the emotional capacity of a rock on any given day 😶🌫 The Grace of Kings is also on my TBR for next year!
Blood over bright haven is less sentimental. 😊
Hahahahah okay not crying with Sword of Kaigen is an achievement!! But I am so happy it did something to you hahaha like yes, this is what we came here for!
Hahahahah yay for Will of the Many!!
100%!! Less family drama, more anger I guess! Very intense in my opinion!
There certainly were 3 or 4 scenes where I had rather misty eyes though 😂
I bought half of these for Christmas and can’t wait for them to occupy my 2024! ❤
Ahhh! A brilliant decision haha! I hope you find a lot of 5-star reads!!
I'm currently reading The Vanished Birds (Simon Jimenez), These Burning Stars (Bethany Jacobs), The Midnight Library *audio book re-read*(Matt Haig) and The Gone World (Tom Sweterlitsch).
Yes I have "unknowingly" tossed a large monkey wrench in my plan to read Gardens of The Moon.
....ooooh and I just downloaded Piranesi onto my Kindle.
Isa: You are wonderful.
Wonderful list!
Books I loved: Babel, The final Empire, Tress of the emerald sea, Yumi and the nightmare painter
Books i want to check out: Adventures of amina al-sirafi, Stormlight archive, The Sword of Kaigen, Piranesi, Emily Wilde's encyclopaedia of faries!
I’m going to be starting my read of the cosmere and I can’t wait
Awesome. As a cosmere fan I would say Elantris,Warbreaker or Mistborn era 1 are a good place to start with 😊
@@noname3609 Great! I’m starting with Mistborn Final Empire 😊
@@ChaptersWeLove That's one awesome book.I really hope you will enjoy the Mistborn trilogy 🙏
@@noname3609 Thank you!
Yes!!! I am so happy about that! Definitely agree that Mistborn is a great place to start!!
I got The Sword of Kaigen when the e-book was on sale for $.99 I can’t wait to read it
Really!!! That is an amazing deal!!! I hope you enjoy it!
Just finished Words of Radiance and wow! All I can say wow!
Just read for The Sanderlanche and flashbacks of Oathbringer. They are twice better 😊
I will be there soon my goal is to be caught with the Cosmere so I am ready for book 5 in November!@@noname3609
Ahhh Words of Radiance is such an incredible book!!!
Oathbringer is the best! If you know, you know: 🙏!!!!
It is the whole reason I have not put out my best of '23 list out yet had to finish it first!@@FunFantasyBooks
do you speed up your videos in editing?
list did not disappoint
Thank you so much! 🥰 happy new year!
4 of my favourite 2023 reads made the list. 🙈🙈🙈
Yay!! Hahah tell me which ones!!! 🥹❤️ I don’t remember from the sorting!!
@@FunFantasyBooks Babel, sword of kaigen, blood over bright haven, final empire.
And i have piranesi, grace of king and a few more in my 2024 list.. so already hyped.
I will fight you for that, Words of Radiance is the real best one! For now at least, I have great hopes for SA5 🤞
Do you plan a reread of the first four books in the series before next December?
Hahahaha *silently unsheathes the sword* I also have high hopes for SL5!! Are you planning to re-read any book before going to it?
Oh haha I just saw you asked the same to me! I don’t know! Probably book 4, but knowing that we won’t get SL6 until 2033 is definitely motivating me to enjoy the moment and to reread everything!
i dont stop to see The Sword of Kaigen (and M.L. Wang work in general) getting recommended but from what i know, she self-publish her books. Do you know if she has any intention to translate her books into other langauges (Spanish in particular) ???
Ahhh yes! She self-publish her books!! I don’t know if we’ll ever get her books in Spanish, but I hope so 🥲! I can’t wait to gift it to my family!
How do you plan or organize what to read?
I am a mood reader!!! So I usually allow myself to go with the flow! I have some books (like 20%) that I know I want to read but usually I have a huge list of books I really want to read and allow myself to go with the one that I feel I will enjoy the most!
@@FunFantasyBooks thank you so much, cheers 🥂 happy new year ❤️
I enjoyed the Way of Kings haven't found the Word of Radiance at the library yet. Our library doesn't keep all the books in a series so sometimes series can be frustrating.
Where do you live? I order them online.Words of Radiance is even better. 😊
Just outside of Cleveland@@noname3609
Ohhh! I hope they have Words of Radiance soon! I agree it is even better that Way of Kings!!
When i see u it's remaineds me "cat " from victories american tv series 😊
Do u read "manacled " it's a dramione fanfic book. It's so god
Babel was amazing.
It was!!! Great book!

No ha salido Shauna, me voy a mi rincon de llorar bajito
Jajajajaja being fair, 2 personas recomendaron el libro 2! Pero no ha sido suficiente 🥲. Lucharemos porque eso cambie el año que viene!!
