Seriously, I can't thank all of those who have subscribed to me enough. You've all helped me out of a rut i've been stuck in for probably over a year now, and I feel I now have the push I need to keep moving forward.
That being said, the next EWW video I plan to do is the movie that's set to come out on September 2nd. I have a collaber who wants to do that one with me, so that's gonna take priority.
After that, the next EWW season should be in full swing, so look forward to it.

Ok, the beginning always confused me, because since Steven's identity as Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond was still a secret at this point, Pearl would be very aware that Steven's Gem IS powerful, so letting him handle the Prism just didn't make sense to me. Even so, EVERYONE knew he had the Gem of Rose Quartz, leader of the REBELLION against THE DIAMONDS, that sounds like a powerful Gem to me
I think that "powerful gem" means a gem that is hight on the gem hierarchy, like diamonds and real garnets that aren't a fusion.

Huh, I didn't remotely have that "Garnet is too powerful" experience, but that might be because I was constantly out of star point boosting items and things constantly targeted her and I beefed up Pearl's stats. I always found Pearl the hard hitter, with some Garnet. Amethyst definitely got the short straw, though.
I usually try to get the characters to be on the same overall level(since i want everyone to be usefull).
@@felipe_drawmania1604 ehh, I like using Steven as a blocker, Garnet as an attacker, Pearl as a backup, and just use Amethyst as a sack.
In every playthrough of this game you always end up buffing and focusing on one of the gems only, letting one of them be broken whole the rest barely do anything

The artstyle was essentially the same, but it worked better for Save the Light. A large part of that may be the fact that Save the Light is a PS4 title, while Attack the Light is a mobile game. Even disregarding technology, mobile games generally don't have nearly the same level of effort. Then again, the launch of Save the Light was marred by glitches, so maybe not.

When I played Steven universe save the light, hessonite (the final boss) was anticlimactic to me. I kind used peridots cannons along with her boost and they do decent damage.

3:37 you are right. When I fought the final boss, both pearl and amethyst went down. I beat that boss only with garnets attacks and a bunch of healing. Garnet is absolutely overpowered
The Orange boss can softlock your game if you already have the fusion option and used it during the boss. Because you can't use the fusion attack more then once.
I think it's just your phone that's causing the lag and crashing, I didn't have that problem.
When you said something about Garnets punch attack and how it looked awkward, I thought it looked alright for a game with a very simple art style and animation.

The barriers would likely have the same effect on a Gem as a Destabalizer or the walls in the cells on Jaspers ship
Also, Pearl isn't entirely useless, I used the move where she launches a spear at an enemy a lot mostly because I didn't have to worry about missing a star when throwing it and I could potentially get rid of multiple enemies at once

Stupid Spinel what the fuck do you think you do in video games? You get a new look lvl up and you continue with your journey they don’t get a new look every time but poofing is a lower form of dying for gems which you also do in a video game and you come back stronger and pretty much lvl up from it garnet in the biggest example of this where jasper and spinel battled her and killed her instantly and they came back pretty much “lvled up” and beat what would also be called in the video game form a boss battle
Just remember um this game and the sequel I think are cannon but I’m not sure where this game fits
I think you like the channel "animation sins", and i don't judge you, that is a very good channel
Btw, there are a few things that i disagree with you, for example, the light doors, you said that is light and they can go trough it, but remember that the body of the gems are ALSO made of light, and you can't go trough them.
In game i didn't use the bubble power so much, so i can't say if it was that broken or not
Garnet is not that broken, actually the broken member of my team is pearl, the only things i use garnet for was for lower the enemy defence, pearl with those light balls and that 100% chance to burn was really broken, and also with the holo-pearl you could gain so much time, and with the throwable spear you can hit many enemies at the same time with more damage than amethyst, and you can also hit flying enemies
The red gemstones wasn't hard to find, i think it was from the easyest things to do, they aren't hide that bad, i almost find all the gemstones during the game, and the other i didn't found taked me less than half-hour to found, but i should say that one of the was really hard because you had to buy it, and idk if it was a random spawn because it taked more time than the other gemstones
I never had those music and crash problems you had, it's wierd.

The game is also pretty short i finished it in less than two days, and the 100% taked me like half an hour
When i played the game, in the desert part i had a wierd glitch that only happened once, an it was that a snake run into pearl, passed trough here and attack the air, but still hurting pearl

About the 'lenny face' art style, it's the way they draw characters in the show when there in the background or they need them to be in less detail. They did it to simplify the character design in the game

Coming from someone who also 100 percented this game, every complaint in this video is accurate.
I was trying to 100% the game and when I got to the end of one of the gauntlets I went to open a chest and accidentally went back a screen, which then glitched the game and I couldn't open the chest anymore so I had to redo the whole thing.
This game genuinely looks awful. I'm not sure what your opinions are on Save the Light but I already thought it was a really good game, now it looks a lot better.

Save the light was completely broken
benball dude At launch absolutely. But I got the switch port which fixed most of the glitches. The final boss was my first real encounter with a glitch which definitely sucked a lot since it ruined the entire battle but other than that the game’s really good now
I guess the reason for garnet's strength might be because she's a fusion of two homework gems and the reason for amethyst's weakness either is because she uses a whip which isn't that damaging realistically or because she's an earth gem instead of a home world gem and Pearl is in the middle since she is just a singular home world gem

The fact that Garnet is stupidly strong makes this game's SpeedRuns run 100% on top of it. And really, Pearl and Amethyst only serves to finish enemies at the beginning of the game, after that Garnet will give HK to enemies or you will spam Alexandrite.
I've done builds focused on Amethyst and even work on the game's ULTRA LATE GAME, but it's not necessary and not worth it.
Kind of like all Steven games have a flaw in a character being out of the curve.
Actually, Samsung has a Galaxy store now. Which includes a Game recorder, it mostly shows your game stats like your phone temperature, you battery life, and how its much time its gonna last. And your recording. Its on new phones from samsung though.

Great video and I sub this is really fun to watch(I love steven universe, but does have logic flaws.
Might've been worth at least mentioning the diamond mode. It's not a complete solution fo the difficulty, but it's there.
I Actually Played this so Badly my First Time that i Locked Myself in an Area with No Way to get Past the One Area
Saying that a light barrier doesnt make sense, is false, even in steven universe logic, as we know for a fact that the gems themselves are projections of light, and they are obviously solid.
Lmao amythest isnt weak, I completed the game 100% (more than thrice) and i almost only attack with amythest because i only upgraded her damage and she’s now a death machine she actually 2/3 shots the first boss
It’s not the fault of your game that it wasn’t made for a phone and instead a tablet or ipad

When I played this game when it first came out, i found out if you press the home button during the item use animation for a white star fruit and then go back into the game the effect is still there but you don’t use the fruit up

@4:37, I feel like the gems were designed that way. In the show, Pearl and Amythest have this constant struggle of feeling inferior to Garnet (i.e. Cry For Help). Seeing this be translated into the game as them not being as effective as Garnet is great attention to character detail!
But the way they execute it is SO horrible from a gameplay prespective.

You forgot a sin. Pearl is 9000 levels above Steven, and yet they’re similar in ability. I get it’s for a joke, but putting thought into it makes it seem like Steven is that much stronger than Pearl, Garnet and Amethyst.
I just realized that when Steven raised the prism, Steven’s hair just epically disappears for no reason
