I'm sorry for the loss,
I didn't know PM Frank Andrews
but one can tell from both your comments
and expressions that he must've been a
magnificent person.
Bearing in mind that I have never really been
in the Pipe Band Scene (I played in one but virtually
no contact with other bands).
Could you produce a video on band tuners.
