Thank you leaving out the looooong intro. Straight to the point. Awesome video
Exactly--there are so many youtube videos about Ayurvedic hair treatments that take forever to get to the point, too much hair shaking/swinging, etc. This is great and to the point about everthing, new subbie.
@@delphineblue wow at least it's their hair. Look at all the weave hat wearers they are always swinging flipping and hands in the fake hair. Black women embracing their hair should be proud !!! I love someone loving what's growing from their scalp!
Omg I love how you got straight to the point! Other youtubers just want to talk and talk, where I just click right off (annoying) you have a new subbie!!
Layla David I’m so happy to hear I’m not alone... I don’t have twenty minutes to hear someone’s life history 😱
I put fenugreek powder to my black rice water, damn my hair is so full and grow a lot. I don't wash out, I use as leave-in
15/012021. Updated
Now I use organic fenugreek leaves, with clove, and peppermint oil. Its way better than, black rice or fenugreek powder. My hair grow a lot also I have more volume.
I boiled the fenugreek leaves and clove together and let set until next day. I put in spray bottle, with peppermint oil. I spray into my hair 3 to 4 times a week. And I sell to my friends.
@@kimmiestaton7921 I bought organic black rice. I use half cup of rice, I washed first and put in contener, with mineral water, fenugreek powder one spoon and 5 clove, leave in the fridge for 3 days. You can use any oil you like, I prefer vitamin E oil
@@solangecardoso100 for how long can we use it and how much water you put, can you make video it will be helpful thanks
How do you use it, after wash hair then rinse with powered methi water or just spray on hair n wash next day.
I add Hibiscus tea, aloe vera oil, teatree, flaxseed oil, and black Jamaican castor oil to my fenugreek tea
Hahah this is amazing! Indians do a variety of things with fenugreek - I soak and grind it into a paste and wear it as a hair mask. It will condition your hair like nothing else! Please try it too!
I'll be trying that. Just got a bag of fenugreek from the Indian grocery store. Thanks for the tip.
@@w.g.9869 take half cup of Fenugreek add 2 cups of water and let it soak overnight it will become double in the morning now grind the fenugreek it would be a coarse paste so you should strain it using a stocking or muslin cloth and then you will get a smooth white paste, apply it on your either wet or dry hair leave it for half an hour to 1 hour and then wash just with water you will see a huge difference in your hair.
Wow! Love how straight to the point this was!!! A quick yet super informative video!! Glad I found you 💕 Thanks so much!! 💕
Beautiful hair! Thanks for getting straight to the point🙏🇯🇲🇯🇲

Short and sweet! Love how you showed us exactly what to do with important info.👏👏
fenugreek tea with aloe vera juice added is BOMB when your hair is in protective styles. bomb bomb bomb. highly recommend!
Soooo beautiful! Love how bouncy and curly your hair looks 😍
My son asked me if we were having pancakes, because I smelled like maple syrup. It has a unique scent.
Yes you can make Methi Pancake. Children love this taste. For 1 cup Dosa rice, 1 tablespoon methi, Jaggery half cup, coconut milk 1 cup. Wash rice and methi and pour 3 cups water. Keep it for overnight. Grind rice, methi, jaggery, with coconut milk. Use non stick pan to fry MethiPancake. You can make immediately or keep for 3 hours before frying.
What kind of pancakes do y’all eat? It smells more like something you’d find in salty foods
Thanks for the video 👍We in the Arab countries use it a lot👌
Fenugreek has many benefits, including promoting skin health and treating its problems, increasing breast milk, treating high blood sugar in diabetics.
Also Habeebti for sinuses it is GREAT, in Levantine (🇱🇧🇯🇴🇵🇸🇸🇾) during fall, give kids cup of Helba tea with milk super immunity booster.

First, as a tea for sinuses, increase "feminine" features in females, general tonic. You may mix it with milk and honey. But try not to start it on your period because if you're not used to it it may increase flow.
Second, use the water as in this video
Third, as a dessert...yes i know the smell😅
I love how you explain not like some youtuber talking for so long before they get to the recipe. So I decided to subscribe 😉
Great video! I love the precise simple instructions. Thank you.

Thank you for your video hun!!! I just made my own fenugreek seed oil for fast hair growth and i'm doing this challenge for 30 days on my channel . I hope it grows my hair!!!!
Great video, I use a tea/spritzer I use aloe Vera juice instead of water the exact same way and add oils for additional benefits.
Guurrrrllll..
Thank you for the quick video, imformative and straight to the point. No long azz talkative videos...
Bombdigity booh!😜
I add a drop or two of vanilla essential oil to give it an awesome aroma. If you like smelling like a vanilla cookie, then this is awesome.
I finally figured out how to mask fenugreek smell by an inspired idea. For a few years on and off I tried and failed to use fenugreek but the smell was too much for me...even to drink. Mountain rose had the seeds on deep discount so I just had to give it a try.. once more. Holding the seeds in my hand asking out loud "how am I going to use them?? My eyes landed on my rosewater spray bottle which I use for face misting or on hair...I put in a small amount to cover the bottom of rosewater bottle..Viola! No smell! I use it as a daily hair mist on scalp mainly but on hair also. I have bought rosewater concentrate to make my own rosewater and will eventually buy the rose essential oil for a potent blend. Thanks for your video, it inspired me to try fenugreek one more time.
I will also grind them up and use in oatmeal, cereals and baked muffin recipe to get the benefits internally
Heyyy Anne
I just purchased Fenugreek Seeds and I'm looking at different ways to use it. Thanks so much for this useful video.
I'm a NATURALISTA showing you love with a hug. You have a new fam added to your tribe. I'll see you around.
New subbie just saw this in passing abs love your info and your delivery and personality! Straight forward to the point but also personable. Yes!
Thanks for precise down to earth instructions. No wasting time promoting yourself like many others. I normally fast forward or move on to another video as I dont like wasting time watching people showing how cute they are. It's not about you, it's about me, looking for answers to my problem. Great information. Keep it up.
For the seeds afterwards you should blend them to a fenugreek paste it gives the most amazing slip I've ever had! You want to make sure it's not grainy though, or else it'll be super hard to get out of the hair. Ann Myst has a great recipe on making it. Fantastic video! love your editing skills!
Ok pls let us know what you mix it with to create the paste so that it doesn’t end up grainy. Thanks!
Thank you for your video, you make me smile before going to bed with your bubbly personality ! I used to store my mixture in the spray bottle but you have a very good idea to transfer it just before using it because when I forget my spray (sometime several weeks I am upset to clean the spray for a long lonnnnng time to make sure it is clean again. Peace and love from Paris France
Such a good video. Very clear and to the point. Thank you!
Thank you Goddess,, nice to meet you,,So glad to find you,,, I appreciate you, thank you
Can’t wait to try! I have fenugreek sitting on my counter 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
I am so happy I found your channel, I hope these hair teas are good for all hair types, I’m Caucasian and my hair is going through some craziness right now, it’s typically fine and wavy but now I have grays growing in and so it’s a mixture of fine and course, ugh 😑 I can’t wait to try some of these teas as soon as I can pick up these ingredients from the store. Oh and my hair has become significantly thinner 😭😭 I’m 55 so whatever help I can get is so appreciated 😊😊
I looooove your video Quality and just how everything is organised. Keep it up!
You should let it sit in water for exactly one week until it turns into gel and use it as a deep conditioner or pre poo- add essential oils for the stank smell
Vanessa Starter it’s such a great treatment. Tons of slip and definition, also the moisture is next level! Let me know how it goes!
Alex Burgess Didn’t she say after 5 days it goes rancid? That’s where the stank smell comes from. After sitting a week it’s rancid and then you have to use it for several days.
Odette Damon idk if it’s rancid or not . all ik is it turns to gel and made my hair grow like weed for the two months that I did this 🤷🏾♀️
I really like your videos... you get straight to the point and your recipes are simple to make. Please make more videos 😃
I've been doing this for years. I also blend the seeds after and mix that in with my conditioner. No waist around here. It is gritty but it does wash out completely so I don't mind.
Thanks for the freezing tip. Just in case i make too much i know what to do now .
Great video, straight to the point. Thanks!

Thanks. I may try this. You edit very well. 👍🏽🙏🏽
your voice is so clear and has a wonderful tone that commands attention. You should consider broadcasting or voice over. Enjoyed the video👍
I had COVID that lasted a good 12 days. I thought I was fine but I started to lose more hair than normal. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the strain my body had during that time period and also due to the shampoo I had been using. So I began doing yoga and meditation daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hair fall.
Thanks for this video! I feel so much more at peace.
Beautiful hair thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Fenugreek never disappoints

Can't wait for mine to finish brewing; I added 1/4 tsp of hibiscus, and 1/4 tsp lavender to mine.
I will give it a try .Thank you
Of course it's will work...this is one of many hair remedies from India which have been written twenty thousands of years ago in Indian medicine called Ayurveda.
It really work I tried and doing this for last one year and hair growth nice .. suggest me something for dandruff .
Thank you for this simple recipe💯‼
Anne Michelae, you are Jamaican, aren't you? Represent! I love your cutting to the chase style. Thanks for the info.
My hair was in twist for 3 weeks so I used my fenugreek spritz for 3 weeks. I made it with aloe vera and I didn't add anything to it. I definitely noticed a huge difference in shedding. I have some more in the fridge that I stored in a different container and I noticed it was a lil brown but I used it anyway. I will throw it away and make a new batch but Do you recommend that I wash my hair out before I start using the new batch?
I needed this. My shedding and breakage is out of control. Thank you for sharing 💛
Rice water x black tea rinses condition well and baggy method for a lil while, saved me
@@backup2342 , thank you for the suggestion. I ended up doing a avocado, egg, honey and olive oil protein treatment. I'll see how that does.
I noticed less shedding after the first rice water treatment. I then shampooed and conditioned and then added lco method and bagged my hair for a few hours, within three weeks I was surprised how the whole of my thinning hair at the top had thickened to match my edges, I am on my second treatment now but this week I have added garlic and onion juice. I only did this yesterday but I noticed amazing curl definition... I don't use rice water as a leave in, I ferment it 24 hours, shake it strain it and apply it for 30 minutes and bag it,
Hello Anna!
I'm so excited to see your amazing videos! Can I safety use these teas on my colored hair?
Great video! I used rice water for a month and had AMAZING results! I even documented my use of rice water on my CZcams channel. Who ever thought that something in my pantry would give my hair so much growth!!❤️
Taha Dar I let my rice ferment in a sealed jar for 36 hours and sprayed it in my hair and let it stay in my hair for about an hour before I rinse it out
Yes, I was going to say an Indian or Mediterranean (Arabic) market sells it, also.
I was not using it hot water thanks for telling me the correct method 👌
Excellent Detangler I have 4b/c WOW . Thank you ❤❤❤❤
That was great! Thank you!!!
Thank you for a short video that gets right to the good stuff👌🏾= new subbie 😂
Yay! I have fenugreek powder!
Thanks. I will make it tomorrow!
Your hair is Gorgeous!!!
I got hip to Fenugreek seeds about two years ago. I was always told it was good for clearing up dark spots on your skin. When you drink it come to find out it did clear up my skin, but it grew the hell out of my hair also . ladies if you are going to drink your seed water get you some clippers or some razors, because not only does it grow the hair on your head really fast it grows hair everywhere else on your body…😂. my daughter just told me to say to y’all. if you wear fake lashes, you won’t have to wear them no more
Also my best friend is from India, and she gave me a couple secrets on how they grow and maintain their hair if you have a problem with weak strands split ends curry leaves boil on the stove just like she’s doing with these seeds spray the water in your hair or you can just drop the dry leaves in some oil they prefer coconut oil, until the leaves turn brown and use it that way my hair haven’t been this long since I was little and for me, it’s because I followed the Indian hair care regiment. before y’all come at me ,the same way I came at her 😂but no you do not have to be an Indian, or Middle Eastern, or European to use their hair care products because the products they use is straight herbs anyway for all types of hair, FYI. Did y’all know Bay leaves is good for your hair too. I know that was a lot, but I love to share hair care secrets with people because these things really worked for my hair. I want all my sistas to have long hair since they saying black girls can grow hair. Bra strap length ✅ Next waist length in progress
You were very thorough and good explaining. Thank you
Awesome video with great benefits!! Thanks hun!! Btw where are your glasses from!?
Thankyou for Sharing. It's very old Indian home remedie for improving over all hair health. You can also use it as hair mask.... Just soak 2 table spoons methi seeds overnight and grind it in the morning with adding little water in it and apply on your clean and dry hair for 1 hour. Use it twice in a week.
Great video, I’ve been doing tea and herbal rinses for the past 3 years and it has helped my shedding tremendously. I also make a hair growth oil using fenugreek seeds and other herbs, makes my hair grow very well. When I stop using this I notice my hair does not grow as fast or thick. I highly recommend ❣️
Maya Sayonara For myself, I do the tea rinses at least every wash (shampoo and deep condition) day, and for right now that is once a week. I like to do this after I shampoo in sections and apply it to clean hair before putting in my deep conditioner and using my heat cap. Some people use it throughout the week but my hair doesn’t like cold water so I wouldn’t prefer it due to the fact you have to refrigerate it after if you choose to reuse it.
@@anisemeena8363 Thank you for responding 🙏. What deep conditioning treatment do you use?
Nice video. Definitely got a new subscriber 😁
Grind the seeds then make the tea. I've noticed that the water becomes more concentrated that way. All the good stuff gets in the water
I think it’s good to suggest that people moisturize after using the tea because fenugreek is protein and can make the hair hard. So hair needs moisture in top. Well at least that’s been my experience
I agree. Sometimes I do. I’ll be sure to mention that going forward. Thx for the advice
Add a little peppermint oil helps with the smell and helps penetrate to your scalp.
I love Fenugreek powder for hair growth
I love fenugreek! I soak my seeds in aloe juice overnight (I usually add some dried Amla fruit or dried hibiscus flower) I apply as my liquid, massaging it into my scalp and strands the same way you do but then apply a cream on top to moisturize. Great video!
I used Fenugreek in my conditioner today and my hair was very manageable.
Gona try!!! Thank yoooouuu!! 😍😍😍💯
In the Caribbean we use it in our curried dishes.
I just got into using fenugreek tea and all I can say is, *IT WORKS.*
