How to apply to the University of Debrecen

Hello! Thank you for considering applying to the University of Debrecen! In this video, you'll learn about the admission process and steps.
Before application, please go to edu.unideb.hu/p/programs. Once you have chosen a program you would like to apply to, we are ready to start!
Step 1.:
Go to stuart.edu.unideb.hu/#/apply
Here, you can fill out the application form.
Once you’re done, you can click on the final submit button. Congrats, your application will now be evaluated by one of our admission coordinators! You will also receive an automated confirmation e-mail.
Step 2.:
Your designated admission coordinator will contact you regarding your entrance exam or interview date, time, and method.
Step 3.:
Take your entrance exam and/or interview.
Step 4.:
After your exam, you will receive your LOA - as in, letter of acceptance. It will contain essential information about the start of your study program.
Step 5.:
We send you a visa support letter, to help with your visa application if needed.
Step 6.:
There are still a few things left to do before your arrival, such as finalizing your travel arrangements, contacting our Troubleshooter office to book an airport pick-up or request assistance with your accommodation.
Step 7.:
You did it! Welcome to Debrecen! Now it’s time to register, make new friends, and discover more of the University of Debrecen!
