Sell Sanchez as a vote of confidence for Petrovic. If he's still around it's just going to bait the manager to give him another chance as soon as Petrovic has a bad game.
Better to develop Petrovic and have some stability for once!
We need a LB not injured prone and striker is must in summer and maybe another CB to replace silver in summer

Gallagher shouldnt go anywhere either way. We need someone with his work ethic and we would be even lower on the table this season if we didnt have him

Sanchez - Sell not fit enough to wear the shirt
Bettinelli - Sell EFL Championship player
Bergstrom - Sell
Kepa - Sell
Slonina - Keep
Cucurella - Sell - tough decision between him and Maatsen
Chilwell - Keep
Maatsen - Keep
Hall - Sell
Thiago Silva - Keep
Wesley Fofana - Keep one more season needs to start playing regularly
Badiashille - Keep - same as Wesley Fofana above
Disasi - Sell - same reasons as Sanchez
Chalobah - Keep
Gilchrist - Loan
Colwill - Keep
Malang Sarr - Sell
James - Keep
Gusto - Keep
Caicedo - Sell - the biggest flop in European Football at all the big 5 leagues this season a waste of money Brighton 115 million pound richer for it
Enzo - Keep - but needs to start improving his game drastically
Gallagher - Keep - our best midfielder by a long way not even an argument
Andrey Santos - Loan
Ugochukwu - Loan
Chukwuemeka - Keep
Casadei - Keep - just as extra squad depth
Lavia - Keep - however one more season to prove yourself but if he's not good enough to play for Manchester City why should he be good enough to play for Chelsea
Tauriainen - Sell
Golding - Loan
Castledine - Loan
Sterling - Keep - our most experienced player within the squad no brainer he stays
Mudryk - Keep - a player with a lot of potential he stays for me
Madueke - Loan
Cole Palmer - Keep - but eventually will be sold to a bigger Club like Man City or Man United
Jackson - Keep - for now but use him on the wings where he is most effective
Nkunku - Keep - hopefully next season he will stay fit I've seen him play for RB Leipzig a true difference maker
Washington - Loan - To Shakhtar Donetsk which I think is ideal for him
Moreira - Sell - why did we get this Player for free again
Beach, Cumming, Anjorin, Matos, Rankine, Harvey Vale, Webster, Burstow - Sell all these players
Ziyech, Broja - Sell - both are done
Humprheys - Loan
Hutchinson - Loan
David Datro Fofana - Keep - if we don't bring in a striker I think he's got a lot of potential and done well for Burnley
Angelo Gabriel - Loan - Same as this Season
Finally Romelu Lukaku - just sell him to Juventus or Saudi Arabia just get this joker gone
