Speaking of kaijus, I would also suggest lava golem because you can tribute 2 of your opponent's monsters; that is if your deck doesn't normal summon that much.

Man I’ve been doing the same lol ordering heaps of staples and generic good cards just in case for that future deck build! Every time I place an order and think I’m done I can’t help myself and start right back to looking for what else to buy

This videos helps alot. Ive just picked up a playset of D Shifter for my Ritual Beast deck in hopes that the new supports come to the TCG soon, i might need to add a plauset of Ash too just in case. As a Charmer fan, im very happy to see the Charmer links being extremely helpful to alot of decks.

What extra deck decklist would you recommend for the floo decklist I'm trying to use appaloosa?
Nice video! I would like to ask for an advice: i'm tryna build a new deck (budget about 200€), i initially tought about branded despia, but it is too specific and doesn't give staples or value that i could use into future decks. Do you have any suggestion for a good deck with a cheap core, so i could invest more in main and extra staples (I was thinking about unchained or infernoble, but after the banlist they lost a lot) ?

Infernoble is still decent with the banlist, but not as strong. I dont recommend unchained, but i do think that Branded Chimera is a decent option. Fire King is the best one though!
id recommend also getting zeus, pot of desires, ghost bell, ultimate slayer, if you play rituals herald of arc light is very good, salamangreat almiraj and linkuriboh are nice if you need to link climb with generic cards like e veiler, spell removal like cosmic cyclone or twin twister can help too due to the popularity of lab.
Zeus is gonna have a reprint in the two players starter deck that is comming at the end of january so is better to wait for now

I run toons and kaiju really good use for toons due to I can just grab and I got a strong 3300 monster on my side
You missed out Ghost Belle which is the best hand trap against decks that revolve around using the gy.
Yeah ghost belle is another card that is really dtrong

If you're a player like who has to worry about paying bills, and can't afford to pick up cross out designator, prohibition is a decent budget option.

I appreciate and subbed to your vids because theyre really informative and legit helpful. The one thing i want to suggest about the quality of your vids is that you need to slow down on your talking pace. I feel as if youre reading/speaking ridiculously fast and i have to at times go back and try to slow down what youre saying.
You can slow down the video too. Some of us like the pace

frankly do you. 90% of content creators pad video by speaking at snails pace. each unique quirk helps cement your niche viewer base.
honestly rule 1# if you play competitive yugioh, money mustn't be an issue; if you are not ready to burn money you WILL get rekt at locals
i disagree to an extent.. you can play the game competitively, but you may not have the most optimal deck. It makes things very tough but its still a good time nonetheless
Skill drain and summon limit are cards you don't want to use against me. I'd flip the table on you. Those cards belong on the banlist. Even better, in the trashcan.
As for the pots you mentioned, Duality and Extravagance don't ever make it onto my decklists. Maybe if I don't mind my cards getting banished, than Extravagance is okay, but that's about it. Prosperity is good in many scenarios, but depending on the deck, it's drawback could kill it entirely.
Oh I agree, but it's important to have them just in case!

Totally fair! At the highest levels of competitive play these cards are important but the most important thing is that you have fun playing a deck you like
I feel like we shouldn't be encouraging the purchasing of cards that have skyrocketed so damn high because konami won't reprint them for us. Or they made these cards more rare in the tcg. The last part of this video made me want to go riot konami with pitchforks. Because the working man who pays bills and works day in and day out. Who just has a rare moments to play cards . Doesn't have time or money to waste on boxes or single cards costing over 30 dollars a piece
I think encouraging purchasing those cards and giving information are 2 different things. The reason I included that last section was to make sure that I covered all bases, while also explaining how expensive they are. I'm also really disappointed with the prices of these cards, but I also know that in the past we've been in a much worse situation, and it is getting better, slowly... Very slowly

@MattOsheaYGO I know it's just alot of us been playing since childhood. Og duelists and I feel like this game is our future Poker Game nights with the boys. Like our fathers had. But the prices of most of these staples are ridiculous makes me want to just hurl.
