I fell on my knees after a conflict with a relative and after I came to, my arms and legs felt very heavy and I had a hard time getting up from the floor. I recovered in a few minutes. I could not figure out what happened to me because I am otherwise healthy. It may have been this type of fainting. Thank you for explaining it so clearly.
Fainted during a teaching post-mortem it happened extremely fast I didn’t feel any symptoms apart from dizziness a second before, heart rate didn’t spike until after I regained consciousness which was immediately after hitting the floor, my sight took a few minutes to come come back fully and I was sweating profusely, horrible experience.
I just got to see this video because recently l was diagnosed with vasl vago syncope. Curiosity lead me to find more about it. So thank you. Now my question how do v prepare to avoid any future episode.can u suggest some techniques.
Stress or disturbing thoughts mostly make a person anxious which in turn increases the blood pressure and increases the heart rate and respiratory rate. Panic attack is an example of that. You have gone so much into details but have not mentioned the very superficial logic of anxiousness . The whole video is of no use if both these concepts can't be cleared. Kindly explain this if possible. Thankyou

Thank you for explanation. I felt exactly same....fainting for 3-4 seconds and okay after.
