Do you know if I can “keep/hold” my vacancy, and enter just in 2022? Because I thinking to apply to Minerva this year, but next year I will go to a backpacking travel around the world. Should I apply this year to “practice”, or should I wait until next year to apply? What is your opinion?

There are a few people older than 25. Minerva doesn't care how old you are.
