Robin Paris is the epitome of the perfect woman. Beauty, body, class, style and form and probably very intelligent. My kind of gal. Oh and she danced pretty well to boot.
When I was in the Police in Leicester in the late 70's I stopped a transit van in Enderby. Inside were members of Edison Lighthouse! They had just done a gig at the Desford working mens club and were making their way to the M1 and home.

Yep. She is Representative of the young women we young men, born in the late 1940s (46 through 49) had on our minds while serving in Vietnam. Either a wife, fiancée or girlfriend awaiting our return from hell. This young Marine (at that time) was overjoyed when his freedom bird touched down. 😃😝

Beautiful!!!!
And now it's body piercings, tattoos and bald headed guys.
Not only were the songs better but life was as well back in the 70’s
does that include the Vietnam war ?
I stayed in my room in the 70 s
the best music, the worst television
I realise how lucky I was to be a teenager in the 70’s. A great time for music, short skirts and beautiful girls. We’ve lost so much.

I loved The Way These Seventies Chicks Danced With So Much Passion.
Now, they slurp their smoothies and pizzas down with the same passion.
