Hey do you really get the skins for those prices or a little bit over?
I honestly potentially overpay if I need 1 skin left, maybe a couple cents. Otherwise all for the price listed on screen
it was imposible for me to find a skin with that low of a float so if anyone knows how to find ower floats for about 10 cents im all for it

Ya, this is probably why doing tradeups aren't really profitable. If you use steam getting the right skins take a long time. While if you use an external site with buy orders you are gonna have to wait weeks to do a single tradeup and then wait a week again to sell it on the external site if they wanna do another tradeup.
With the 1$ someone could have flipped many cheap skins multiple times in the weeks which passed and have better profit than doing the tradeups.
Better to just flip skins instead. Better and faster profits with much much less risk.
I mean, for $1 it will be nearly impossible to get a constant enough flow. You have $10 of buy orders to work with, and max you're making 2 cents per skin, with a max of 4-10 skins at a time.
@@MasterShiny 1$ trade ups are not really profitable in the first place since it's not guaranteed.
Plus It takes 2 weeks to profit off of the stuff at minimum.
In 2 weeks even if you are earing 2 cents per skin it's much better than waiting 2 weeks to get a chance to earn 50 cents where you can lose 50% of the money you put in. In 2 weeks you can definitely earn wayy more than 50 cents.
When i started I was able to earn 5-10+ cents per skin at max by placing 100 different buy orders for different skins in an external site around the .8 to 1$ margin using price empire to see which skins were being traded the most.
For example, i bought a usp ticket to hell (factory new) for 1$ and sold it for 1.05$.
I bought a ssg fever dream for 1$ and sold it for 1.12$.
I got around 5 or 6 trades like that per week, so around 10 trades in 2 weeks with an average of 5-10 cents per trade counting maybe 1 or 2 losses. So about 50 cents to 2$ profit in 2 weeks. Later i found out that there were ways other than buy orders which were more profitable too.
From what i see it's a way more guaranteed to profit off of trading than tradeups. Even selling the tradeup skins for a higher cost to some schmuck will net you a higher profit than the tradeup.
I tried doing trade ups and even though some are like extremely good which i dont wanna share. Most 1$ tradeups are really not worth it in my opinion. Wasting minimum 1 week on a 1$ gamble which may or may not pan out. And spend another week if you are not selling on steam if it works.

Tldr of the reply was that anyone can earn from 0.5$ to 1.5$ or more in 2 weeks time with 1$.
Eg, I got got an ssg fever dream factory new for 1$ and sold it for 1.12$ a long while ago in an external site. And that didn't take 2 weeks to profit unlike a tradeup. I got an average of 7-10 cents profit per trade. Not 2 cents. Just place buy orders for 100s of different skins which are sold and bought a lot.
I am looking at the market 21 hours after your video was uploaded you trade ups dosnt match. Stop being one of those time wasting click baiters
