I found this song to conjure feelings of learning from pain. Maybe it is the imagery but I feel this is an earthy song and maybe one of mother nature's pain. Personally, it reminds me of my disconnection as a result of painful times in my childhood and while it would appear to be a tragedy, I can see that it was also a gift.
