This about the license, I was so shocked about it when I joined POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN COUNSELLING. Like I will be able to counsel someone right after it, I mean, that's like a very minimum qualification to intervene with some ones behavior's, mind, their habits even. i REALLY WOULD LIKE IF DOCTORS LIKE HIM AND OTHERS WOULD do something about this system of counselling and psychologist, I mean its very important and crucial profession, the more i am studying and learning about it, the more I am worried about the hazard it can create due to this LACK OF systematization AND LISCENSE AND REVIEW BODY.

AND ABOUT SUCIDE, WE HAVE SOMETHING CALLED MIRROR NEURONS IN THE BRAIN, THAT LITEARLLY UNCONCIOUSELLY IMMITATES THE STUFFS WE ARE CLOSELY NEAR VANDA NI, TYO EASILY INFLUENCED AND AFFECTED WITH, LIKE afno idol haru li subconsciously imitate garinxa ni. (This is from my very limited knowledge and theoritical reading and teachers real experience hai)

      Systems develop gradually.
Service providers of any level of knowledge try to help people with certain concerns. If case is complicated, they send to specialist.
When number of educated persons rise, licensing system should come into place. That will clarify which level of license for which level of work. This will also develop system (protocol) on who should play what kind of role in any kind of team.
More importantly, more government scholarship should be available for higher studies in psychology, psychiatry, psychiatry nursing, occupational therapy, social work, etc.

Great content. But i believe we should be very mindful around the use of language and terms while talking about suicide. Some terms used here like commit suicide and completed suicide” are criminalising and stigmatising.Suicide is not a crime and stigmas add additional burden to anyone affected by suicide. Language is a very powerful tool. So using appropriate and updated language while talking about suicide -“for eg died by suicide instead of commit suicide, ended life by suicide instead of completed or successful suicide, non-fatal attempt instead of failed suicide”can play vital role in reducing the existing stigma and taboos around suicide and also holds power to save lives… ❤8:17

Overall podcast is informative. With that being said here are some corrections :
-He talk about the Tharu community and its a "Sickle cell disease." It is also found in other communities (but the occurrence is much less.)
-Autism is also caused by genetic factors
-Scientifically, intercaste marriage is considered better than same caste marriage.
    - Sunlight is not only for vitamin intake; exposure to sunlight is important to regulate the body clock (also called circadian rhythm)...
Long comment vayo so i stop here !
