We made it to get you to take lines you'd never thought imaginable, to make you want to go to the bathroom before your race run - twice. We made it so that when you drop out of the start gate, the only aspect holding you back will be, well, you. Pretty solid, like it a lot. I have no money but I wish everybody who buys one a lot of fun :D

I’ve been waiting for this release since I saw brendog with the new geo at world cup. Looks AMAZING and as always Scott is on the cutting edge of the new technology, and innovation. Well done!
With my simple Scott Aspect, I can only dream of such a bike!!
I also have 2013 Scott Aspect 940 29" and it still kick ass :) I ride it like it is enduro bike and not an entry level Hardtail, things I upgraded is fork and I have dropper seatpost. Other is stock.
Mine is completely stock... I’m only 16 years old and I don’t ride it as my primary hobby. However, I really enjoy riding it and it rides very good for what I use it for!
OH BABY!!!! So many choices with set up for this bike! long or short, high or low, 27.5" or 29" or mix! This is the Bike for me.
finally the carbon frame and 29"! bike looks amazing and true to time!
Ordered mine cannot wait even though i will need to wait till February next year, love my current Gambler so much they are solid bikes.

Bought a 2011 gambler 20 brand new in the day and the only parts that ever got swapped were the tyres which i swapped for wet screams on mud days, and a set of rear brake pads, rode for 5 years with out a single fault, its now my back up bike as i decided to ride my 06 sunday team for a change and have since spent over 2k building to make it more modernnized, sadly but excitingly i am selling that sunday tomorow to make room for a 2019 gambler 930.
Pretty stoked as i saw one in person about 2015 when that shape came out and thought "if only i had the money"

Bought 910 last week after a few demo runs at Boomerang Farm. This thing is a weapon! Biggest thing I've noticed is trust in bike to hit bigger stuff.

It went together easily in less than an hour. czcams.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.
When you crash this frame... has it to be "replaced" then?
Like any frame depends if you damgage it enough

There is still the voltage freeride though. The gambler was designed as a race bike. I have the 2016 and it's perfect.

Why did you get rid of the iconic linkage? I'd love an answer to this, because right now you've made you're bike look like every other DH bike in existence, with the only result being the rear wheel travels in more of an arc keeping it in the way of what it's trying to move away from.
1/3 lighter, Horst-link lowers brake-squat and has better anti-squat trought all the rear cogwheels.
That is impossible on a single pivot.
The design they use is widely used because it's the most light and efficient way of making a DH bike.

@@eimantux4x When you're going downhill the weight doesn't make your bike go faster or slower, it does not matter. It is true that with a lighter bike it is a bit easier to control the movement, but in my opinion we have reached a point where saving grams (in DH) doesn't matter much. Maybe I'm wrong though.

No 26 inch gambler riding anymore :'-(. My dream bike was a gambler because it was one of the best dh bikes that still took 26 inch wheels but I guess no anymore *sigh* :-/
You can still attempt to use 26 inch wheels, and because the bike has so many tuning options, it might just work.

I loved the old one as well. Even Specialized dropped the classic Demo 8 rear suspension look for something similar to this.

All the bikes look like this, or have identical frames, the Gambler was the only one wich had a unique geometry, besides the Demo 8, but now they both look as the other bikes. Feel sad
