Its already processed soyabean. If you boil it, it becomes too soft and looses its shape. Soak in hot water for 30 minutes and squeeze it. Then use cold water to remove more of the impurities and odour. I just think of soyabeans as dietary fiber, protein is extra benefit.

Good enough and quick to make but for other PPL like me a piece of info for you. maggie masala has 3 serving worth of masala but a serving of soya is 100 GM's so either use 1\3 packet of Maggie masala with 100gm soya or use roasted chole masala, garam masala or something else. I tried with chole masala today and used Maggie masala yesterday.
Yes it's safe but I have to eat in alternative days like Monday Wednesday Friday Sunday and consume 20 to 30 grams then it's safe but don't consume more than 40 grams

Digestion ~90% and bioavailability ~80-85%. But this is very generalized. It'll differ person to person on various factors like age, demographics etc. A young man with better digestion may have better bioavailability than older man with poor digestion. Or for someone like me (indian) who have been eating soy chunk curries since childhood so my body is used to the food and can absorb nutrients better than some guy from other demographic who is not used to soy food products.

Don’t use metal spatula on nonstick pans. It damages the coating. Use silicon or wood. Metal spatula only for cast iron pans.
