Have you tried the Telme version? I looked at it at Sigep this year. I'd be curious on the difference in specs on those two units as well as the price differences.
i've watched plenty of your videos and i'm no closer to buying any precious ice cream, the ice cream sections in the supermarkets are totally contaminated, maybe except some haagen dazs for now, and now that i said that online i'm sure its in peril.. vindictive industrialists, misguided fools - i remember the strange residue that haagen dazs leaves, even on the container as if the ice cream plant must be so full of whatever that is that makes the residue - tbh its sad about the micro ice cream companies they are so horrible & dangerous - being on the other side of the equation i'm surprised how some ice cream makers would want customers to die from their ice cream but they can say it in any variety of ways - listen, 'steve' reminds me of a distant relative of mine that once lived in st louis at the school and he was pictured above einstein in his most famous picture, like his father, i'm sure steve is related
