It's probably because it's a naval radar. It's the same with the Harpoon in the american tree. The radar is modeled but not functional.

The laser rangefinder on the Ozelot is needed to provide range for the fire control system - after all, it doesn't have radar, only an IR search system. That tells it where the targets are, but not how far away... of course in real life the Ozelot would usually operate under control of another Wiesel that has an air search radar.

Q: For what reason is the BR, when i always get uptiered like i want to play 10.3 but i get 11.3 enemys or 9.3 and then i get 10.3 enemys. Like a Leo 1 compare to a M1, T-80 or smth is a big difference in performance.

The main advantage is the forward placement of the engine that increases survivability compared to BMP-3. Russia was trying to introduce a modified BMP-3 with forward mounted engine for this exact reason since 2017. So far it seems like they were failing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

In reality there are two different models of the Wiesel, the A1 Version from 1991 with Tow and the 2001 Wiesel 2 Version with the 20mm and the AA rockets, 1991V is smaller and lighter with 2,8t against 4,1t and the A1 has 87hp and the Wiesel 2 110, the old one can reach 80km/h and the new only 70km/h, fix that Gaijin

Hey, so I just heard about the new damage model mechanic. Pls either modify it to make it less RNG WoT like or remove it all together. I think what should stay is adding things like batteries and concussion to crew but what I think the result of those being damaged should just be the electrical components needing to be replaced or repared and crew just basicly being disabled for 3 or so seconds, make the gunner sight black or blurry because the gunner hit his head, make everything happen slower if the commander is hurt because he isn’t giving orders so no one knows what to do, add the sound of a shell falling on the floor if the loader is hurt and pause a reload for 3 or 5 seconds, make the tank stop or turn suddenly if the driver gets hurt, but pls don’t make anything like the random turret sway. Honestly, making it so the optics are shattered for the gunner would be better. Skilled players could still defend themselves but it’s very hard. Other crew members could have a 10% skill nerf if their optic is destroyed, like if the drives optic is destroyed or damaged, things like turning or keeping the tank strait are a little bit nerfed, or if the commander optics are destroyed, everyone except the gunner has a 20% nerf. Do something like this instead of random stun and turret sway, and don’t make the crew clothing set fire. Just don’t.

French name given by the french army. Much like some objects being given the IS designation, or the 2s38 being given it's full name in french. It's to make sense I guess, or how the french army denominated them.

I feel like the RP costs for all tanks need to be decreased. And that in order to be optimal in ground RB you need to grind planes for that same country. These are all problems which have been here since the start. Please don’t ignore my question, I want to like your game but I feel like you truly don’t want us to achieve the higher tiers and have fun with our fav tanks and planes!

When they destroy us in WT, it's good, so we don't have to wait 5 minutes for them to re-enter the match with another vehicle! Gaijin's team speed up re-entering the match with another vehicle when our first vehicle is destroyed... Not that hard!?
