In what sense is it 4 star? In the game there is no such star power for the game characters, except perhaps the trio given out at the start of the game, because they are B rank. Noctis is A rank.
I mean, if black characters weren't included it'd be a bad thing personally, I'm happy the boss is cool looking and seems to be on the more difficult side, I'd be pissed if they threw some weakass, dripless boss and made him black😂😂😂

Would be pretty cool if he is, there aren't that many Black characters overall to enjoy in games or anime, especially a badass Agent Smith-looking dude, and good villains make great characters. I ask coz not every dark skinned character is Black, there are colour schemes like Archer in Fate/Stay Night or K from King of Fighters. In SEA countries, people from the countryside or fishing areas are sometimes pretty dark. * "Black" generally means African features, not dark skin
