Coronation Street - Eileen Gets Interviewed By The Police (2nd April 2018)

- The detectives questions Eileen over Phelan. Eileen defeated herself and admits she couldn't report her husband to the police and also admits she didn't know anything. The detectives show Eileen the fake passport and asks her who defeated herself again and admits she didn't know but the detectives thinks Eileen killed Phelan to cover her track. Things goes bad to worse for Eileen who was taken into the cell.
Poor Eileen.

It's hard to feel sympathy for her cause she was told over and over again, by multiple people that he was bad news and she didn't listen. So now she has to pay the price for his cruelty.
Well it was hard for her because she was married to him for example, what would you do if you were told that your mom murdered someone and she was assaulting some one last week. You would obviously take your moms side like she seems to nice to do something like that, even though she did it.
@@Lauren-je5ut Yeah can understand that was thinking yeah though thats your hereditary relations but is the same thing I suppose in the sense of how they'd see it being the spouse of them
@@Lauren-je5ut if multiple people, good friends who had no agenda were telling me a relative or spouse was no good, i wouldn't just bury my head in the sand. I would investigate for myself at least. them being related to you does not make them a saint. don't you see the news.
It wasn’t Eileen’s fault, it was Squelan who did everything, not Eileen.
Fun fact that police man interviewing Eileen is her real life ex husband

Eileen should've listened all along & believed everyone, I agree. But she doesn't deserve this. None of it. She's a victim in all of this & played no part in Phelan's nasty tricks

Ashley Knight I get how frustrating it is, to not have her believe literally everyone who's been trying to warn her, but still not the point. She still doesn't deserve it. She knows now & is mortified. That should be enough of a punishment for her.
Absolutely! Remember how it got when Gail married Richard Hillman? She was so enamoured of him who acted like he knew what he was doing. Also, forgive me but if something is too good to be true, it is something is wrong. He had no previous experience or even any real references.
