- The Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc - UTMB - is one of the most difficult races in the world and my most incredible adventure to date! I finished this race in nearly 45 hours, two nights without sleep! It took extensive physical preparation but also logistical organisation. In this video I share with you the key gear elements I took with me on this race.

Well done on your UTMB finish! Amazing to follow your journey to success. One question - how do you attach the bottom of quiver to the Adv Skin 12? Mine has no appropriately sized loop on the back - only a very large loop in the middle that doesn't hold.

@@rafaelhidalgo The 2023 model - with a large, reflective loop in bottom, middle of the backside. Much too large for the quiver "toggle" that is supposed to fix the bottom of quiver.

@@rafaelhidalgo Unfortunately not - that is a Sense Pro 5 I think. My old vest had similar, but the newer Adv Skin 12 doesn't for some reason. How did you fix your quiver?
@@BruceJackson-SEOCoach waw thats really weird. There should be those little hoops on the bottom sides of the adv skin 12. Send me picture on rhe instagram or facebook messenger?

If you could start over completely what advice would you say is extremly crucial?
I think i underestimated the importance of strength training and building up those muscles to avoid injury.
Hi, did you have a backup shoe choice for if the race was a muddy wet one?
I had a spare speedgoat 5 in my drop bag and some crampons in case. I should have mentioned it in the video , good point.
