I use 3m double sided tape a lot working with leather. I use a small razor pen pen blade to pull the backing off.

Only one of the skins comes with holes to accommodate the pocket clip screws? Shouldnt there be holes in 2 of them, since theres 2 places for the clip? I noticed you put the clip back on the opposite side from when you started, now its seemingly stuck there.

The skins are placeable on either side. It does not matter. I don’t really care which side the clip is on either.
