You cant youd ether get a new motor for it or get a whole new tool

That was not a brushless motor that was a 550 size Brushed motor with fixed endbell none replaceable brushes.
No.... Mabuchi 775 sealed-can motor. Most 550 motors are only rated at 12 volts.
