This aspect should never, ever be bypassed. What are the municipal costs? Is gas or electric or a combination of both used or either or? 5 minutes or less it would take to state these important facts. Even the surrounding area, apart from a golf course, what does the area have to offer? What is the name of the Condo complex and, is there a website?
