Amazing song been on my daily rotation for a long time now.
Is it just me or do lyrics feel like it's talking about Vampirism..
It sounds like it's from the point of view of someone bitten and turned into a vampire. So they are getting weaker as they fight the urge to drink blood, left by the Vampire that turned them.
Then the lets drink this opium together line, sounds like them giving in to the Vampiric urge.
It could be a metaphor for something else as well but there seems a direct story as well to me.
