I don't think any creator has ever captured my attention faster and as effectively as Riza did. Her content is such a fresh and rare style of content. The style is so fascinating too! love seeing her cinematography skills. And I'm happy too see she's finally getting the attention she deserves.

Whereas a lot of other CZcamsrs try really, really hard to stand out with a schtick, Riza exudes sincerity and originality naturally. I am sure there's a lot of pre-pro work and planning ahead of time, plus editing and so forth, but all of her shots are thoughtfully and artfully put together, like a good DJ mixes tracks together. Her narratives are insightful and have a timeless quality to them, which makes her videos so broadly appealing.
isn't that her schtick then, sometimes seems like she acting like she is acting like she is being serious or her body language seems forced.

I was waiting for this video. I love that all the brands everyone uses and that you have used for years now give you all this recognition for what you do on this platform. Also like that it results in longer videos at the same quality, although I still hope that at some point we'll go back to videos with no financial incentive. I mean let's be real how many more brands really are there to get sponsored by. Maybe Aputure lights or something :D

I’m 18 and I just graduated in may and I don’t know if I want to do college. I recently thought of film a few months ago and ur stuff is extremely inspiring and motivating! Btw I 100% agree on ur take on documenting things. It’s so much fun being able to have things to look back on for yourself and not other ppl!
For all the compliments and accolades you have received and are receiving from viewers are definitely deserving. One word comes to mind… INSPIRATIONAL. Also I find you believable and somewhat addictive (for the right reason). Many of your videos are relatively short but captivating. I know nuts about being a CZcamsr but from the little that I know, I know it took a lot of brainstorming, planning and hard work for the execution to create all those excellent videos.
You are the first person (CZcamsr to be exact) who have inspired me to consider doing something similar to what you are doing. To become a CZcamsr? Maybe or maybe not. But definitely to begin documenting my life the way you are doing (ie your style of storytelling), at least for myself and friends. Playing with it, making all the errors along the way and pressing on to hopefully get better over time.

That Sony 20mm is straight up fire. I use it for my videos, and it's probably my favorite lens in the lineup.
9:13 I find that noting what others find amazing in what we, as individuals, find mundane is a great way to find good stories.
I’m sure Colt finds some aspects of your life that you consider mundane (and vice versa). Maybe lean into that.

For the pie, once you put the apples in the sugar, let them sit in the freezer for like 10min and the sugar should pull out excess moisture from the apples. I usually cook that apple sugar syrup with some butter to pour as caramel on top. The best! Love your vlog

It's like Riza had two guests this week, Cote and the Sony ZV-E1. Think the camera needs a cute nickname, as the factory name is not easy on the tongue, and I expect it will be appearing in forthcoming vlogs. Love that even though this was a product sponsored video, Riza's fascinating video style, inspiration and creativity resulted in an entertaining and fun narrative that draws the viewer into the moment.
Regarding the pumpkins, I's say it's a tie. Both very well done creative characters with unique style.

I literally yay-ed when I saw the new upload notification. This was such a pretty video what with all the autumn colors and variety of places, and even the pie! Taste might not have been perfect, but I'd say it looked really pretty. Pumpkin wise, points to Colt for something different (it looked funny too lol) and points to you for the classic pumpkin look! Both wins yay lol
My favorite part of the video was when you said you've been finding yourself taking less for granted. That is just inspiring! And just love the whole take about the filming/recording even when everything feels mundane.

Seeing how Sony has improved with the active digital crop mode stabilizer makes me appreciate how much Panasonic have have improved their IBIS system in the S5II. Basically looks just like the ZV-E1... But with no digital crop. Pretty crazy.
The ZV-E1 is basically a small form factor FX3 for half the price, it's pretty crazy. Granted, the sensor isn't new but it's pretty damn good. Just an awesome value to get that FX6/FX3 sensor in such a small body
We use the ZV-1 and stabilization is not great and you can't change lenses, but it's a great little camera. We see the ZV-E1 is a big improvement, but also a different price bracket, so it would be interesting to see how it stacks up against other makes around the same price? But as always, a great vlog.
