yes they are just a bit worse in resist and slightly accuracy
worth imo 5 damage

imo for P2W of the highest level go a triple double frill and a bronto and nightmire wand would be easier to acquire then mali wand imo bc it isnt badge locked

Either you are really lucky or you gotta spend a ton of money for that. At that point I don’t even think it’s worth it since it’ll only be used until level 100

You need to be level 60 just like waterworks, you can pick up the quest from alhazred the balance teacher in krokotopia.
