- Levetiracetam 500 mg tablet is an antiepileptic drug with unique mechanism of action in epilepsy.
This drug inhibits release of excitatory neurotransmitters like glutamate by acting on synaptic vesicular protein.
After I have had a major stroke paralysis and then I started getting epilepsy and seizures every time and my dr recommend me to take levericateram one tablet in the morning and one tablet at night and after 3 years I have never ever ever had any episodes of epilepsy or seizures and that’s why I have now retracted to take only one tablet at night
I’ve only been taking this for a couple days but noticed it’s been causing me fatigue/ lack of focus/ reduction in memory
Why does no one ever talk about how hard these seizure medication are on your liver?
I've been taking it since January and makes me nauseous, lethargic & really depressed.
Thank you great video!

Great video , I've been taking 2000 mg daily for 21 years , just started having auras in 2020 after getting covid , now I still get auras sometimes now and then but no seizures thankfully , it seems like my frontal lobes retain alertness and ends the aura , not a good feeling but no seizure .
Thinking about taking to treat pssd
Does activating the sv2a receptor have any side effects like dopamine inhibition
Is it a good medication
🙏
