I distinctly remember the Type 71 breaking the tier 10 meta in Wot Blitz when it first dropped. The thing was so goddamn nimble, in addition to the lower plate being stupidly troll. It took WG way too long to nerf it, and even then it was still crazy good. I guess that the WoTPC department took notice and were a bit more cautious... Apparently too cautious.
It's funny because on the mobile version of the game, It was one of the most OP heavy tank. It's armor was on another level and still is today. Dunno why they made it crap on PC.

I feel you man, playing with 120-140 ping is devasting. Especially, when it spikes to 200+ ping for no reason other than to f**k with you. 😅

The gun cooling timer shouldn't get reset if you shoot. Without the ability you have 4005 dispersion anyway

Man is hard hating on the VZ with single shot, its made a huge resurgance since campaign. That gun is a chef's kiss, worth a video tbh.

wargaming saw how overpoweredteh type 71 is in world of tanks blitz so they made the tank worse
yeah initial release type 71 on blitz is just pure beast, everyone use it because you just need to equip improved suspension, then randomly wiggles and now you're near impenetrable. That might be the record of how fast a tech tree tank got rebalanced just after released

End was the epitome of playing on NA
This tank also has bugged intuition skill. Check and compare to for example E5, which has the same DPM
Buffs: Make the upper plate strong enough to bounce everything when using gun depression, or only pennable with high pen gold ammo. Its still has bad accuracy without cooling, a cupola and shoulders so it can't side scrape. I don't see the point, why not make the front trollish, it even has a drivers hatch. Now there is no point in aiming there cuz the upper plate is green.
Tbh, I like the single shot gun more on the Vz.

hey man, do you know how i can improve my close range aim as i find it almost impossible to hit cupolas. even ones like VZ or E4. i do have very high ping as i live in south africa (aroudn 300 - 400 ms)

Am I the only one who thinks that most of the added tech trees in recent years are disappointing or lackluster? I mean, British wheel mediums are crap as hell, Japanese HT are meh, Chinese rockets are average at best and Polish TDs are super situational.
And new mechanics are also not very thought through, beginning with the double tracks of Yoh tanks which is probably the most useless. These guns of Japanese HTs are also very situational, and new Polish tds mechanics are frying the brains of regular players. I see so many bots camping with Błyskawica and other tanks on the red line.

@@invisible6332 I don't mind balanced new lines but these are far from being that. Yoh tanks are underperforming, British wheels are too weak. No one wants to play with them. Chinese rocket heavy tanks are pretty okay. Polish tds are too weird for general players base and unreliable.
@@marasenha The thing is it's better to have lines come out like this and buff them up later than line come out in a state like progetto did with an option with rammer for example. Just think about it if the type 71 would have the cupola of a chief and the upperplate of an amx m4 or the british wheeled tanks would be like the ebr bouncing 70% of the shots and snapping you while going at 80 or the yoh tank would have a turret like kran with two pixel weakspots. It wouldn't be fun isn't it? These are exactly balanced lines in my opinion we are just too used to op things by now
Imo it's better to make the new tanks slightly better than the rest, it makes the meta fluent and people feel motivated to go for the new tanks. Ofc, EBR is one way how it can go brutally wrong, but Mino and Kran weren't all that bad. little op? sure, but not gamebreaking.
