I live 35mile northwest of Chicago when I travel back from Michigan I take I294 around to I290 but sometimes I80-94 gets shutdown due to flooding and bad traffic accidents I have to take the Indiana toll-road to the Dan Ryan to the Circle Interchange or the Kennedy to The Jane Adams Tollway

Because it's an extremely congested stretch of highway plagued with heavy traffic, stupid drivers causing accidents, and an endless sea of semi trucks. It's Indiana's second busiest highway and literally half of the traffic is semi-trucks.

That's true! Of course there is also I-90 eastbound approaching Chicago
In other words, 4:53 is the transition from Porter County to Lake County.

Only $.90 for the toll? West Virginia is ripping us off ($2 per tollbooth times three tollbooths on the WV Turnpike)...
What this video doesn't show you is the $2 toll right before the state line and the $5 toll after the Chicago Skyway bridge.
