CHAEEUNNNNNN i agree 100% about her having some sort of aura that draws you to her. Her vocals did improve slightly, not anywhere near the people in part 2, but she just has star quality similar to what people thought of kotoko in universe ticket. i loved her sm. like not as a debut member, but just as a svs contestant. she had the cutest and funniest remarks and reactions which really made me drawn into her. i also enjoyed seeing the improvement she had made. last to 20th.
Talent ranking: 1. Yui (all rounder)- best rapper, one of the best dancers and good vocals. Her facials were top2 only losing to Juwon 2. Yuju (all rounder)- 2nd best rapper, also one of the best dancers and has good vocals as well. Her stage presence is really good too. 3. Jungeun (basically all rounder)- 2nd best vocalist, also one of the best dancers and can rap (she did rap in the other reality). Her stage presence is too good, she was the center for some reason after all. 4. Juwon (almost all rounder)- 3rd best dancer, good vocals she can go really high with support and can even rap as well. Her stage presence is THE BEST. Her facial expresions are really strong but she doesn't overdo them, they feel really natural which is something that is really difficult to do. She is better than most of the industry right now. 5. Sarang (almost all rounder)- good vocalist and dancer. She showed us she can do a good rap as well in the final, is not the best but is good and with some training she can be a good rapper. Her stage presence is ok, she sometimes feels uncomfortable on stage tho she can deliver good facial expressions!! 6. Fuko- 3rd best vocalist and good dancer. She also has good stage presence. 7. Gyuri- vocals and dance are good!!! Her stage presence is good but she has problems with strong concepts. 8. Um Jiwon- this could be a suprise but despite her age she is really good. One of the best vocalists on the show, a good dancer and a ok stage presence. With a bit more of training she will be really really good. 9. Jiyoon- no suprise right? The best vocalist and she is a good dancer especially now. She developed a lot in her stage presence and dance. She really deserved to debut 10. Minsol- she is kinda an all rounder who needs more training. She can do everthing but she isn't GOOD at it. Vocals, dance and rap are ok/good and with more training she will be unstoppable. 11. Koko- 2nd/best dancer. Her rap is actuslly good but nothing special, with more training she will be a good main rapper for Izna. Her vocals are undeveloped but she has a good potential to be a good vocalist. Her stage presence is good too. 12. Jeemin- good dancer, lead dancer vibes. She has a good stage presence (would say the 3rd best) and would be a good center for Izna. Her vocals are stable but she has some flaws in them that she has to work on. Her rap is undeveloped but she has potential (she showed her rap in R U Next). Deserved her spot in the line up, really happy for her. 13. Soul- Really young but really good. Good vocals, good dance and good stage presence. I know we will hear from her in the future 14. Sujung- best dancer!!! Her expressions are also good but her vocals need a lot of training. However she got better during the reality, I know she can do better. 15. Saebi- a good dancer and with a but more training will be a good lead dancer in Izna. Her vocals are kinda the same as Jeemin tho I like more her tone. Her facial expressions are top5 but she need to stop overdo them, like the expressions are good but sometimes they are too much. It's something that is easy to work on so I hope she can be better in no time. 16. Lingling- she has goodish vocals and is an ok dancer. She has a lot of potential so I hope to see her soon on stage 17. Mai- in the beginning of the show I would out her more low but she improved. Her vocals are better tho she need more training and her dance is good. She has a lot of expressions on stage but she need to learn how to use them better so it doesn't seem weird (she got better tho). She has a LOT of potential and I'm excited to see her grow as a Izna member. 18. Yuiko- Vocals are good but not stable... her dance and stage presence are ok 19. Yuna- good dancer tho she has to train more, her vocals aren't bad but aren't stable, she has to work on that. 20. Eunchae- vocals and dance ok, her stsge presence is not bad. She has potential 21. But Sujung never got to train her vocals so I know with a bit more traning she will have good vocals too!!!

Chaeeun was my first pick too. Actually she showed a lot of improvement through the show, especially in her IWALY performance, where her vocals sounded good. Also she did really pretty well in terms of dance considering it’s really hard for a ballet dancer to do K-pop dance (Kazuha from LE SSERAFIM struggled a lot with this before debuting). Monika also told her she had good lines due to ballet…Her personality was so cute but people didn’t pay enough attention to her. Then my other picks were mainly Gyuri, Fuko and Yuju. I really wanted the three of them to debut. They’ve been robbed when they were in my opinion a part of the top contestants in terms of talent. Gyuri wasn’t actually limited to cute concepts, she just never got the opportunity to showcase her duality before the finally in DRIP (and also in the pre-show performance LAW). I’m glad they were a part of your favourites!

From what I can observe from my friends who had Fuko as their number one pick, the reason why Fuko didn't debut is because her fans thought she would be a 100% guaranteed producer's choice and started voting for other trainees they also wanted to debut

i love chaeeun so much, i love how her confidence is so high n never gets dissapointed like she has been in ground and never went up and still say "we can do this" shes so cheerful and i love her for that

My theory with Fuko is that everyone was so sure she would debut and get votes that no one voted for her. I only voted for her 3 times to focus on members like Jungeun and Saebi who I was more unertain about them debuting.
One thing i haven’t seen many people talk about is Yujus performing? She’s one of the few whose performing i love to watch, never feels like too much or little. She always drew my eye and i really wish she can make her debut soon!

I haven't seen I-LAND 2 yet (not even clips) so I was so surprised when I saw Jeemin. I had to double-check if she was the Jeemin we loved from R U Next, and she improved a lot. I am really happy for her. ♥ I hope Jiwoo and Chanelle can also debut soon. They deserve it.
Sujung got eliminated for talking bad about Mai behind her back. No company accepts such behavior. I know some people have opinions and don’t like some but it was honestly a really nasty thing to do when you’re a really liked person in the show. I love Sujung but even if she doesn’t like Mai she shouldn’t have the right to talk bad about her, especially knowing what Mai is weak in and not helping her with it like bffr. A true nice person would help someone who knows in what they are struggling in and that’s why Jihyoon (don’t know if I wrote it correctly) helped Mai improve after hearing Sujung. Honestly it wasn’t anyone or the judges that ruined her chances of debuting, in my opinion it was her own self. Fight me if you don’t agree but I’m allowed to have my opinion and you guys too.

when this video popped up in my fyp like it was smth related about the birthdays of I-LAND 2 contestants and I saw Soul with the EXACT birthday and year with me and I was immediately interested at her, (fun fact: i kind of mistaken her with minSOL cause yk... for like 5 days anw) i watched her cake performance, and oh my, i was interested... i was rooting for her every round and voting for her but i knew she was gonna get eliminated soon cause she was too underrated :(( soul, waiting for ur debut, hwaiting!
Tbh I'm really skeptical about 'improvement' because Mnet always edit their performances. They would always not edit anything at the start but gradually make it sound better and better as the show goes on.
i dont think mnet is really to blame for eliminating fuko because top 5 spots were chosen by entirely the fans. Between her and saebi, saebi is just more well rounded.

I was already wondering where you would place Kim Chaeeun when you reached the top 15. But #1 is a little wild. I understand where you’re coming from. That girl definitely is idol/actress coded. She’s just born for the entertainment industry with her lovely personality and visuals. I think that’s why many are also rooting for Mai, because Mai is in that sense similar. Mai is however more of a baddy and mature idol.

tbh I really like Kang Jiwon's voice type, actually her voice type is suitable for bad boy songs, she just lacks confidence and failed to do the high note part, but she did the prechorus part well and her vocals are unique
From what I can observe from my friends who had Fuko as their number one pick, the reason why Fuko didn't debut is because her fans thought she would be a 100% guaranteed producer's choice and started voting for other trainees they also wanted to debut
the way chaeeun just grabbed everyone’s attention is so amazing. she really stood out to me during the rain on me performance, and i’m glad she made it so far into the show ❤️

@@CrownPrinceEdvin that's for a reason, you ain't just liking anybody without any reason, so whatever they saw has potentials or talented in their opinions that's not your job to correct them because what YOU think is right isn't always what THEY think is right, they might think that chaeeun, lingling and yeeun are better in their perspective that's totally their opinion and if you think minsol and umji is better for some reason that's YOUR opinion, not everyone has the same perspective and taste, as long as their opinions and reasoning are respectful enough (w/o dragging any other trainees) even if it's unacceptable for some people I don't see anything wrong about how they judge the trainees, it's not an objective and definitely a completely biased opinions even if they talked talent-wise, they aren't professional they judge personally, I think complaining aren't necessary

My theory with Fuko is that everyone was so sure she would debut and get votes that no one voted for her. I only voted for her 3 times to focus on members like Jungeun and Saebi who I was more unertain about them debuting.
I don’t think chaeun has the it factors to be an it girl she is just and will probably always be seen as the baby or the cutie of the group
One thing i haven’t seen many people talk about is Yujus performing? She’s one of the few whose performing i love to watch, never feels like too much or little. She always drew my eye and i really wish she can make her debut soon!

Sujung got eliminated for talking bad about Mai behind her back. No company accepts such behavior. I know some people have opinions and don’t like some but it was honestly a really nasty thing to do when you’re a really liked person in the show. I love Sujung but even if she doesn’t like Mai she shouldn’t have the right to talk bad about her, especially knowing what Mai is weak in and not helping her with it like bffr. A true nice person would help someone who knows in what they are struggling in and that’s why Jihyoon (don’t know if I wrote it correctly) helped Mai improve after hearing Sujung. Honestly it wasn’t anyone or the judges that ruined her chances of debuting, in my opinion it was her own self. Fight me if you don’t agree but I’m allowed to have my opinion and you guys too.

when this video popped up in my fyp like it was smth related about the birthdays of I-LAND 2 contestants and I saw Soul with the EXACT birthday and year with me and I was immediately interested at her, (fun fact: i kind of mistaken her with minSOL cause yk... for like 5 days anw) i watched her cake performance, and oh my, i was interested... i was rooting for her every round and voting for her but i knew she was gonna get eliminated soon cause she was too underrated :((

Tbh I'm really skeptical about 'improvement' because Mnet always edit their performances. They would always not edit anything at the start but gradually make it sound better and better as the show goes on.

I was already wondering where you would place Kim Chaeeun when you reached the top 15. But #1 is a little wild. I understand where you’re coming from. That girl definitely is idol/actress coded. She’s just born for the entertainment industry with her lovely personality and visuals. I think that’s why many are also rooting for Mai, because Mai is in that sense similar. Mai is however more of a baddy and mature idol.
