Safety first, what I learned in high school shop class! I usually got my rings by dipping my 1/8 bit in a little Vaseline, then following that up with my 9/64. Back in the day I was so proud of my rings I used to keep em in my container lmao! I need to get one of those bits you got bro, looks so much easier to use.💯
This specific one from milwaukee works the best 👌 stays super sharp and digs it out clean evertime.I figured one bit is easier than 2🤷♂️. Sorry to hear about your dog by the way, that story was crazy 😳
Man I never thought about using a step bit to drill them but I couldn’t believe how quick and easy that worked! I like that dust fan you put in as well. Thanks for sharing this tip man! 😎👍🏻
What an awesome technique Tony. I don't think that there is a better way to do it. Love the vacuum set up to remove those pesky metal shavings. I'm definitely going to invest in that Milwaukee step bit. Can you do a step by step of the screw tap and install. I don't know what drill bit, tap and screw size to use. I want to step up my game next year on my customs. Thanks for sharing and have a great rest of your weekend 😃👍👍🤙
Hey Tony thanks for the info just ordered my Jeweler's vice definitely need that That's basically all I do are wheel swats and lots of them going to hit my hardware store for the step bit.
Your welcome Jesse! I can't believe I wasn't already subbed to you🤦♂️.If you can find one the milwaukee work's best,I believe it was "abit" pricey,😆but it's still sharp as new.The jewelers vice can work even better when mounted. Thanks for the sub and Happy Thanksgiving buddy😁👊
Thanks for the tip! I will have to get one of those bits. Now the big question; what did you do with the white Tacoma? That’s a favorite of mine. I got a few I’m going to customize.
Just a safer quick way that I've learned how to drill out rivets.Hope it helps 👍
What size drill bit and tap do you need to replace the rivits with screws
57th thumbs up brother and enjoyed watching and have a wonderful week brother and family 👍😎🙏❤️💯
👀 sweet tip 😎 have a great weekend
Great tips brother, I put those on my Christmas want list. I actually drilled through my finger once, OUCH!
Exactly ONCE,Never again😂
Nice! Never liked to hold them in my hand... too much chance of hurting myself. I like your vacuum plate... will have to look for one of those!
That's a great tip, might have to try it 🙏🏾
Great tip thank you sir!🤙🏽

Now the big question; what did you do with the white Tacoma? That’s a favorite of mine. I got a few I’m going to customize.
Your welcome. As for the white tacoma I made it a off road TRD race truck. I'll show it completed in my next customs closeup video.👍
Thanks for the tips, Tony.
Do you lubricate the drill bit. I've heard, that old school machinists, use wax instead of oil. 👆😁
When I tap I definitely use a dab of oil,but prior no.
Can you post information on the fan you are using?
Dan I found that nail dust fan 3 years ago on ebay, don't remember paying all that much for it,or the particular seller 🤷♂️
@@BullitTonyCustoms thanks
What size step bit
1/8 to1/2
1/8 to 1/2 drill bit size?
