With every single penny spent being counted, it would be a huge disservice to sell substandard products. And with our stated mission - "locking up waste plastic for good" - it's even more important to make sure that the products designed and manufactured aren't just going to end up in the recycling bin again.
Substandard products end up in the bin and if your business is removing plastic and keeping it out of the natural environment, quality is the bare minimum you should aspire to.
Claiming you have quality service means nothing without honesty.
As an environmental business, you cannot take shortcuts to earn additional sales if the product you're selling is not appropriate for the job. You can't make recommendations about techniques you can use if they'll undermine the project and the products used.
Every single gram of recycled plastic used in manufacturing needs to stay locked up. The only way to do that is to consistently maintain and exceed high standards.
