How Car Football Was Played in Sweden in the 1950s

Autoball, autobol, car football or "cars" playing soccer is something that many of us find a strange game.
When I came around an old film clip where guys are playing car ball in Sweden in 1955 I realized this "sport" was older than probably most of us thought.
In a very good article on the web Road and Track it says that "the first match took place on the pitch of the FC Frankonia soccer team in Karlsruhe, Germany in 1933. Since then it has disappeared and been resurrected several times, each with a slightly different spin on the game".

But here are the clips from Sweden; first from
Storängsbotten and then Östermalm (Stockholm). The year is 1955.
