1. No reason to use MC ult if you can't break. If you have the watchmaker set, ideally you want to use their ult during your break dps turn to extend the buff for 1 more turn. But here they did it earlier simply to cut the enemy's action by breaking with Gallagher, which also buffs him in the process. 2. Not using QQ tech might opt for better damage on the first turn. Ideally you want to use skill 4 times to maximize the buff for her Enhanced BA. That is why aside from being unlucky, you also don't wanna be too lucky in maximizing her true damage potential.

@@kgpadji2890what they meant was, the more times you use Qingque skill(up to 4 times), you gain more dmg. And during that 4 times you can get her follow up attack with I think around 30% chance. By using her technique you won’t get Qingque skill buff up to 4 times, and less chance for you to get her follow up attack.

Wait, why didn't you use Qingque's technique before starting the battle?
Her Technique cause her to get 2-4 tiles instantly after the battle starts, which means I cant use her skill to gain more buffs and follow up attack.
