I haven’t had luck finding Optic blasters at Walmarts. Have found blasters and megas at Targets. So I have a bunch of Pink and Green Hyper parallels 😂. I agree with you, would rather rip a sealed case but I don’t want to pay reseller prices. I do prefer buying from Walmart shelves over Target cause they usually stock a full case so better chances of hitting a case hit. Target ships the retail boxes loose so you don’t know how many blasters are from the same case. I’ve had luck only hitting downtowns from Walmart retail only until recently finally hit one from Target blaster. I didn’t like when they added the Mythical, Blazers and Rookie Kings as case hits. They are so undervalued! Funny you mentioned no one buying Gronk SP. I pulled an Orange Scope of his and no takers so far. He’s a HOFer and Super Bowl champ so really surprised. Well at least you hit two CJs cause it could have been worse! Thanks for sharing this rip! I myself prefer Optic over Prizm. For that reason I didn’t buy any Prizm football to save for Optic. Great video!!

Yeah the prices of retail are crazy high. I think if they push too much higher they will see the market push back.
You got as much chance at a downtown in one pack then you do in 600 packs. It’s just like the Powerball it’s all luck. Enjoyed the rip.

Ouch! Man... I've been tryin to tell everyone to flat out stay away from this product for the past couple months. It's overpriced, overrated, and well... I'm over it! lol... sorry that you took a hard loss like that buddy. I hope people realize that Panini is out on the money grab right now and are purposely making it very difficult to get your hands on it to make the perception that this product is in such high demand.. well, it is but that's because of the one and I mean pretty much only one card everyone is daydreaming about pulling... a Stroud Downtown. The odds are astronomically against you and when resellers are stealing all the product and charging double, or dang near triple the retail cost for this and (as proven in your video along with countless others here on CZcams) the fact that Panini is cramming these blasters with Mythicals & Rookie Kings and considering them the "case hit" (in substitution of the coveted Downtown, and if you don't think they're not purposely doin this just ask yourself why are they making the Mythicals & Rookie Kings with the lazer holo foiling.... and the answer is to TROLL YOU), as well as no numbered cards, weak inserts, and sticker dumps of no-name players... it's just simply not worth it and one of the absolute trash products they ever put out. Protest and boycott the resellers, don't buy from Panini until they put out a quality product and watch just how quickly the hobby will become a much better overall experience. Or, you could always just find entertaining ways to throw your money away. I recommend flushing 100 dollar bills down the toilet... so. you can get a visual on what you're actually doing when going hard on 2024 Optic.
I enjoy hunting downtowns and have already pulled a cj downtown and a cj rookie kings along with 10 other downtowns. I agree with your comments, though, but I rip it because I enjoy it. Panini only puts out a few decent products each year and prizm is boring to me unless it's hobby and I think prizm hobby is the worst value in the hobby. Rip a box for 1200 and get $25 worth of cards.

I just don't like how this beloved hobby of ours is going in a direction I fear we won't be able to back out of and the fun, as it's supposed to be, is long lost. But yeah man, congrats on the 10 other downtowns! My Lord that's alot! I haven't even seen anything really close to that from all the breakers/rippers on Whatnot, CZcams, Fanatics, FB etc. with this year's Optic. That's insane! Nice! I've only managed to get a Dak Mythical and a Richardson Rookie Kings. I did pull a Stroud Downtown out of the Donruss set tho. Kinda regret selling that. Still sitting on the Bryce Young DT I pulled from that as well. Keep the rippin goin my man! Cheers
@CliqueBaits yeah. It's all a mess I agree. I JUST PC downtowns so I have a good amount. Once I finish a good portion of my collection I'll post a video. I only collect psa 10s so it takes longer to accumulate. I pulled 3 DTR CASE HITS from optic, 3 blazers and 3 or 4 mystical and about 4 rookie kings. I wish they would make the downtowns the only case hit out of optic. My dalvin cook blazers is like a $20 card
optic is pretty ass this year, overpriced and terrible ratios, mosaic was more fun, the quality and case hits were better imo
@Milossshhhh you ain't kidding. They made it so bad with 5 case hits in megas and 4 in blasters. With the Downtown the only way to capitalize unless you hit a top rookie qb on the other stuff. Could've been much better.
