Welcome to the first episode of "Deedar Dar Deedar," a new series from Deedar Productions! In this series, we explore the daily lives of different personalities from various backgrounds.
In our first episode, we are celebrating Eid ul Adha, also known as Eid e Qurban, with the respected Reza Wakil. He is a well-known social and political figure from the Hazara community in Pakistan, living in Mehr Abad, Quetta.
Eid ul Adha is a significant festival for Muslims worldwide, marking the end of Hajj and commemorating the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son in obedience to God. Families come together to pray, share meals, and sacrifice an animal to honor this tradition.
Join us as we visit Reza Wakil on the day of Eid to celebrate with him and hear about his childhood memories and Eid traditions. Enjoy the beautiful Hazaragi & Afghani music of "Kabul Wayranak e Ma" by Usman Hanif and "Noorband e Bamiyani" by Feroz Kabuli and Nida Azizi.
