No one.
Being in the office is ok, getting there is a pain in the arse. Of course there are days, in some offices' cases even most of them, when working from home is way better, but there are also upsides of working directly with ppl (not to mention some "resources" stuff mentioned in the video :P (although it can also be the other way around).
