Even forgetting the year etc Arteta wouldn't leave Arsenal to join Man Utd.
This is a person who while employed by Man City refused to celebrate a goal against Arsenal and looked furious at his team scoring it.
Liverpool or Man City possibly. But Chelsea, Tottenham or Man Utd never.
As likely as Pep managing Real Madrid, Atletico or Spain.
