This worked for me on a S8+. The insert/next/eject sequence is VERY tricky. I must have attempted it about 50 times before it worked. As there is no audio instruction, I suggest playing back the sequence at 1:28 at 1/2 or 1/4 speed to see what is going on. For those still in the dark I am happy to give advice.

@@csjlady2410 The crucial requirement is that your SIM is pin locked. When you insert the SIM you will get prompted for the PIN. As this happens you eject the SIM. A popup is then presented stating there is no SIM inserted. As you back out of that dialog the screen with the padlock is shown for about half a second. If you tap the lock before the screen clears the toolbar will show. You have to pull the toolbar down to expose the search button. This bit is really tricky. It took me well over 50 attempts! Once you secure the toolbar you can search for security settings. Once you set a swipe pattern and a fingerprint, you have two factor authentication, you can restart the phone and you only need the swipe to unlock.
Does the method here on the video really work? Because I have everything in place I just got limited battery to try it myself

It worked absolutely fine on Samsung Galaxy S9+ in June 2020 for me! It was a bit challenging to access that search menu, but after about 30 minutes of constant trying - SUCCESS :)

CSJ lady, make first a hard reset at your phone then u have to go until the screen after u connect to WiFi. Now is when the trick start, look very fine where his fingers are because is the place where you'll work pretty fast in your phone. For me the trick is use both hand and place the phone in a flat surface where u can handle easy bcuz need put the sim in and out very fast.
Double check the video and try it for sure u need to try a lot it times but u get success. Android 9 only. Android 10 doest work this way.

Yes. No ADs here. We all know that an Carrier Locked Galaxy is worthless. So, there are many unlocking services that claim they can remove Carrier Lock with paid service. I just tried a third-party tool called *MOE* , you can use it on a Windows or device. The operation on Windows is a little bit tricky, easy on S10 instead. But *MOE* Has more success rate that is high
compared to those online unlocking services. Below is the successful removal of Carrier Lock By *MOE*

Got it to work on my S10e running Android 9. The sim trick took me about 30 or so times but I was eventually successful in tapping the lock icon quickly and grabbing the control center that came down and was able to get into settings from there.
