Going into the weekend there were high hopes for a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas as negotiations showed some sign of progress in Cairo, Egypt. Now, both sides are at an impasse. The Hamas delegation left Cairo Sunday after accusing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of sabotaging peace talks one that Netanyahu says is the reverse and any permanent ceasefire deal for hostages would allow Hamas to regroup and reoffend. Redmond Shannon reports.
On campuses across Canada and the U.S. it’s been a tough balancing act between protecting free speech and countering hateful speech. While many anti-war demonstrations have been peaceful, many Jewish students say they feel unsafe on university grounds as the protests have gone beyond criticizing Israeli policies. Freeland undermined milk solids processing in Canada when she pushed for trade concessions from the U.S. during her failed NAFTA negotiations....another consequence of Liberal incompetence.
Shipping and storage is a problem though, no matter what good price is discussed the stuff still needs to be transported, and a major shipping line is being shut by pirate actions and this conflict.
I was thinking of something similar, have other countries come to the aid, but then the same problem, shipping and also quality, there are black market groups that use disasters like this to hide their deals.

Feels like we are moving toward not producing enough of anything needed for life in Canada anymore…one example with this baby formula. Everything will be imported I guess. Not enough skilled trades and people willing to work in manufacturing….and companies not willing to deal with the red tape and taxes to do business here anymore. Stack on over population with its increased demands and what you have is a death spiral. What a shame!!!

The study that you cite to say "more education is needed" surveyed a pitifully small number of people. It was approximately 100 people per age grouping, about 1200 in total. From the data numbers, a very high percentage (over 90%) agreed that it happened, it was terrible, it should never happen again, and antijudiasm should be condemned. If you read that study, this is a willful misrepresentation of it.

In 1986 when my daughter was born formula was paid for by the Alberta government for up to 2 years old because i didn't produce milk . When my son was born 1990 they also paid can't remember for how long it was covered then. BC paid for formula until 6 months back in 1986 .
The Alberta and BC governments didn't pay you nothing. That money was stolen from other tax cattle without consent.

I watched this closely. Justin Trudeau was speaking so low during his interview about Palestine. Also, the MP's featured on this news segment were all NDP and Liberals fearful of their safety of their constituency offices. So dumb and ridiculous.
