No decentralisation at all. The distance from Harare CBD to Mazowe is almost same as from CBD to DZ Extension kwaRasta.

I was born and raised in Mazowe district, in a small town of Glendale about 15kms from Mazowe centre. Beautiful place, n gold rich too.
Nice, hope they will incorporate parks with swings and recreation for families like we see here abroad. At least it's good to see Zimbabweans trying to take a more modern approach to architecture. My favourite vlog was at Arlington in harare. People there really went full blown modern.

Nice aerial footage. Interested - Did you have to ask for permission to drone fly-over a key installation such as the dam wall? So many memories of coming out here with my folks for picnics and of course to buy oranges and "freshly squeezed" Mazoe juice 😆 As a kid/teenager we were not allowed to drink fizzy cooldrinks at home, so we had to do with Mazoe cordial and water. We used to make ice-lollies with the mix, freezing it in containers.

You made a schoolboy blunder by saying the Kadoma stands were selling for a ridiculous 3.50, then today you said the information is below when it isn’t. This erodes trust and confidence and is not good for business relationships. Unonyeba. The stands you talk about probably have nothing to do with you at all and you are misleading your viewers to contact you. Why should we contact you? Are these your stands? It’s very suspicious.
