Thank you! I'm 74 and live on egg salad, veggies, oatmeal and milk...the fewer ingredients, the better. Anything that reads like an incantation we do not need!!

Dont forget Egg yolks are a good source of Vit K2 which is very good at redirecting Calcium from arteries back to the bones and teeth where Calcium belongs
What about zinc?
